Blushing Pimm's

100ml/4fl oz Pimm's
2tbsp lime cordial
300ml/1/2pt Shloer white grape, cranberry and raspberry
Ice cubes
6 cucumber ribbons
8 fresh raspberries
2 fresh mint sprigs

Divide the Pimm’s and lime cordial between two hi-ball glasses and slowly stir in the Shloer White Grape, Cranberry and Raspberry. Add ice cubes, cucumber ribbons, raspberries and mint sprigs to each glass and serve at once.
