Sparkling Cherry Bakewell

100ml Shloer White Grape, Raspberry & Cranberry
25ml lemon juice
4 stoned cherries
10ml cherry syrup
10ml almond syrup

Feel like you deserve a treat just because you tidied the house? This is it - a cream cake in a glass - absolutely gorgeous. Muddle the fruit with the cherry and almond syrup, then add freshly squeezed lemon juice and plenty of Shloer White Grape, Raspberry & Cranberry. Shake and strain then serve chilled in a rocks glass with a cherry garnish.
