Summer Snowball

150ml/1/4pt advocaat
300ml/1/2pt Shloer White Grape and Elderflower
2 maraschino cherries
2 green seedless grapes

Divide the advocaat between two tulip cocktail glasses and top up with the Shloer White Grape and Elderflower.

Thread the cherries and grapes on to two cocktail sticks, rest one on the rim of each glass and serve at once before the mousse subsides.
