Sweet Dream

caster sugar
egg white
6 fresh raspberries
ice
25ml vodka
dash of fresh lemon juice
275ml Shloer white grape, mango & passionfruit

Dip the rim of a martini glass into the egg white and then dip into sugar. Leave to dry. Crush the raspberries in the base of the glass. Mix together the vodka and lemon and ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain into the glass. Top up with Shloer white grape, mango & passionfruit and serve.
