Shloer Emerald Park Competition Terms and Conditions

  • Open to UK and Ireland residents only, aged 18+, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  • The competition starts at 12pm on 13th July 2025 and closes at 12pm on 23rd August 2025
  • To enter, entrants must visit shloer.com/emeraldparkcomp and fill in the entry form. Entry via the specified URL link only.
  • Multiple entries are allowed. Entries through agents or third parties are invalid.
  • By entering the competition, you consent to your entry and any supporting content (including images, video and social media content) to be used by the Promoter for PR and marketing purposes.
  • Two winners will be drawn from all eligible entries at random at 10am on the 25th August 2025 and will be notified within two days of the draw date via private message on the platform.
  • There are two prize packages available, consisting of:
    • A bundle of Shloer products consisting of the following flavours:
      Red Grape, White Grape, Rose and White Grape & Apple
    • One Family Day Pass (4 All Access Day Tickets) to Emerald Park
  • Prizes will be sent out within 5 working days following receipt of the winner’s details.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. In event of a cancellation, no refund or exchange will be provided, and the Promoter will not offer an alternative.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner using the details on entry. However, if a response has not been received within 48 hours, or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by the entrant.
  • The winner will receive details of their prize within 48 hours following the end of the competition.
  • Winners may be required to take part in unpaid promotional activity.
  • By entering this promotion, you have provided your personal information (name, email address, and date of birth) and you agree to the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be found here.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to the Promoter contacting you by any contact details provided. The Promoter respects your privacy and will not share your details with any third parties.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so. The Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  • The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
  • This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  • The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.   • By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
  • By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of the promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion.
